Delivery Time

Ecovery strives to process orders within 24 hours so that products can be delivered as quickly as possible. Depending on busyness, holidays and Sundays, the delivery time may vary. Orders are delivered with DHL or Bpost so that you are always kept informed of the status of your order. In the shipping confirmation, you can always find a track & trace link with which you can track the package from our warehouse to the delivery address.

Delivery times depend on the product and stock.

– Products that are in stock are delivered within a week;
– Products that are not in stock at Ecovery but are available from the supplier and are delivered within two weeks;
– For products that need to be manufactured, the delivery time depends on the size of the order.
– Custom-made constructions and constructions on request usually have a delivery time of 2 to 8 weeks. In these cases, a delivery period is communicated in advance.

If you order products with different delivery times, it is possible that products with a shorter delivery time are delivered together with products with a longer delivery time.

Shipping

Our products are always carefully packaged for transport in the most ecological way available. Ecovery does everything to deliver your order without breakage.

Shipping costs are dependent on the products with determining factors being weight and size. Per order within Belgium and the Netherlands, a standard amount of € 15 (incl. VAT) is charged for shipping and administrative costs. Shipping is free from € 100. (All prices and rates mentioned on this website are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.)
