Due to the long durability and reliability of Ecovery products, a warranty period can be provided for all products. The materials offered enjoy a high degree of durability and are weather-resistant, resulting in high-quality final products.
Ecovery guarantees that products or services meet the specifications given in advance and the reasonable requirements of usability on the date of delivery. This takes into account existing legal provisions and government regulations.
Different standard warranty periods apply to the product classes.

For all product classes, the warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use of the products. Upon request, Ecovery can offer new materials for replacement for certain products. Ecovery strongly advises keeping the product invoices as proof of purchase.
In addition to the statutory regulations, the following warranty conditions apply.
- If a defect occurs within the specified warranty period due to manufacturing defects or inferior materials, Ecovery can opt to carry out the repair free of charge or replace the product.
- Replacement of products or repair does not entail an extension of the warranty period.
- In the case of repairs or replacement of products, any transport costs are at the expense of Ecovery.
- No claim can be made under the warranty scheme if products have been handled carelessly, neglected, handled/installed incorrectly or repaired by a party other than Ecovery.
If any quality problems occur, you are requested to contact Ecovery as soon as possible, stating your order number and/or customer number.
