How does Motion Planet use personal data?

What does Ecovery do with non-personal data?

We are always looking for ways to better serve you and improve our products, services and website experience. We use non-personal information about you to make this website more convenient for visitors. We may also use non-personal information for other business purposes.   • prepare reports for internal use to develop programs, products, services or content;

Does Ecovery ever share personal data with third parties?

  • share address details with parcel services such as DHL, Bpost and GLS so that they can deliver the right products to the right place;
  • allow payments to be made via the Mollie platform;

  • use a third-party application or platform to manage and track our communications with you;

How long do we keep your personal data?

We only keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we are allowed to use it, as described in this privacy statement.

  • For example, if you let us know that you no longer wish to receive a newsletter from us, we will immediately remove your email address from our mailing list;
  • If you participate in a program through our website, we will delete the personal data provided as part of that program within a reasonable period of time after completion (a reasonable period is normally e.g. six months after completion, unless we have lawful reasons for some keep information for longer (e.g. if necessary for validation or to comply with retention obligations));
  • If you buy an item with a warranty period, we will keep your data for as long as the warranty period is running so that we can apply the warranty to damaged or good materials;

This privacy statement was last revised on November 13, 2020. We may change this privacy statement at any time for any reason. If we decide to make material changes to our privacy statement, we will post a notice on the home page of our website for a period of time after the change is made. We recommend that you read this privacy statement each time you visit the website.

Are there any special rules about children's privacy?

We are committed to protecting children's online privacy. We will not knowingly collect any personal information (such as a child's name or email address) from children under the age of 16 without the consent of someone with parental supervision.
