Delivery time

Ecovery strives to process orders within 24 hours so that products can be delivered as quickly as possible. The delivery time may vary depending on crowds, holidays and Sundays. Orders are delivered with UPS or Bpost so that you are always informed of the status of your order. In the shipping confirmation you will always find a track & trace link with which you can follow the package from our warehouse to the delivery address.

Delivery times depend on the product and stock.

– Products that are in stock are delivered within a week;
– Products that are not in stock at Ecovery but are at the supplier are delivered within two weeks;
– For products that have to be produced, the delivery time depends on the size of the order.
– Custom constructions and constructions on request usually have a delivery time of 2 to 8 weeks. In these cases, a delivery term will be communicated in advance.

If you order products with different delivery times, it may happen that products with a shorter delivery time are delivered at the same time as products with a longer delivery time.

Dispatch

Our products are always carefully packed for transport in the most ecological way available. Ecovery makes every effort to deliver your order without breakage.

Shipping costs depend on the products with weight and size as determining factors. A standard amount of € 4.99 is charged per order within Belgium for shipping and administration costs. Shipping is free from 100€. (All prices and rates mentioned on this website include VAT, unless stated otherwise.)
