Due to the long shelf life and reliability of Ecovery products, a warranty period can be provided for all products. The materials that are offered enjoy a high degree of durability and are weather insensitive, which leads to high-quality end products.
Ecovery guarantees that products or services meet the specifications given in advance and the reasonable requirements of usability on the date of delivery. In doing so, existing legal provisions and government regulations are taken into account.
Different standard warranty periods apply to the product classes.

For all product classes, the warranty does not cover damage due to incorrect use of the products. On request, Ecovery can offer reinstallation materials for certain products. Ecovery strongly recommends keeping the invoices of the products to support the purchase.
In addition to the legal regulations, the warranty conditions below apply.
- If a defect occurs within the stated warranty period as a result of manufacturing defects or inferior materials, Ecovery may choose to carry out the repair free of charge or to proceed with reinstallation.
- Reinstallation of products or repair does not extend the warranty period.
- In the case of repairs or reinstallation of products, any transport costs will be borne by Ecovery .
- No claim can be made under the warranty if products were handled injudiciously, neglected, incorrectly handled/installed or repaired by an agency other than Ecovery .
If quality problems arise, you are requested to contact Ecovery , stating your order number and/or customer number.
