Description

Ecovery has placed 2 educational playground equipment near the Bergemeersen nature reserve in Wichelen. As the first device, children can climb the way of a fish ladder. By means of the shape and the information boards, children can learn how a fish ladder works. Various local fish are placed on the outside of the stairs.

They also find a huge three-spined stickleback. Various information signs can be found in the tail, scales, fins and even in the mouth. This way, children discover different properties and facts about the stickleback. The construction is made of stainless steel, Douglas fir and HPL.

Both devices have been inspected and installed according to the standard. The printed matter, both information boards and drawings, are printed on high-pressure laminate (HPL) , a strong solid core carrier that also has a protective top layer.
