The adapter makes it possible to connect the BatLure to the mains (110/220 volts). The continuous power supply makes it possible to let the BatLure transmit for a longer period of time. In situations where the BatLure serves to support mitigation to new enclosures, this is a valuable addition. When the BatLure is used to provide indoor bat detector training, it is also useful if it can be connected to the mains.
