Description
The structure of the combination box, which consists of a comb system made from different materials, has an attractive effect and offers several 'useful' insects a shelter and hibernation place. The nest box is accessible to flying and non-flying insects, the latter entering via the specially shaped wooden legs.
Inhabitants: Lacewings, earwigs, ladybirds, up to 200 species of wild bees, assassin bugs, robber flies, thrips, solitary wasps as well as occasionally butterflies.
PLACEMENT:
This combination box can be placed in private gardens, fruit and horticulture and public parks.
Place the nest box sheltered from wind/rain in a sunny or semi-shaded spot.
