Toad Ladder

€10,50

Not only during the toad migration, but also throughout the rest of the year, frogs, toads, and salamanders fall into manholes. The steep concrete walls deprive the amphibians of the ability to save themselves. The toad ladder was developed in collaboration with Ravon (Reptile, Amphibian, Fish Research Netherlands) and is a simple solution to ensure that amphibians safely exit the manholes/gratings.

Description

This universal solution is durable and easy to install.

A toad ladder can also prove useful in other situations, such as against embankments that form a barrier for animals.

INSTALLATION
It is a specially designed angle profile that is mounted in the corner of the sump. The sump remains free for suction trucks, which can do their job without problems.

Place the ladder at the correct height so that the amphibians can reach the opening of the sump/grate. Depending on the depth of the sump, you can click different ladders together.
