The Vortex Binocular Tripod Adapter Sport weighs less than 26 grams. The adapter consists of two parts that can be easily slid together. This is handy when you want to observe quickly by hand, for example, to follow animals that move out of the picture.
Connecting to the binoculars is easy by turning it with the screw into the intended opening. With the help of the torx key, you tighten the whole thing a bit better to prevent it from coming apart easily again. When the other part is attached to a tripod, the whole is ready for use.
