INSTALLATION
Choose a location within 25 meters of an existing house martinnest, this increases the likelihood that the nest bowls will be effectively inhabited. The bowls are best placed under an overhanging roof/roof overhang, preferably on the shaded east or northeast side.
Place the bowls in a location where they can remain hanging for years, house martins return to their nesting site every year.

MAINTENANCE
You can unscrew the planks from each other to clean the nesting cups, it's best to do this from October onwards.
